Meeting Agendas 

Before each meeting, the City posts an agenda that lists the items that will be discussed or acted upon. Agendas are posted within 72 hours before a meeting at the following locations:

• City Hall and the Main Library
• Electronically on the City’s website

Find all upcoming meeting dates and agendas on the Meeting Calendar page. All agenda materials are provided in formats that are accessible to the public, including individuals with disabilities.

Meeting Minutes

Following each meeting, the City provides public access to meeting minutes and video recordings (when meetings are streamed). Official signed minutes are posted once they have been finalized by staff and, when applicable, approved by the legislative body.

Public Hearing Notices

Public hearing notices are available for review through the City’s online document portal. Community members can access current and past notices by visiting the link below:

In addition to being posted online, public hearing notices are also published in a newspaper of general circulation and displayed on the City’s official posting board at City Hall, in accordance with legal requirements.
