The paid parking program in Old Towne Orange, launched in 2025, is designed to improve parking availability, reduce congestion and make visiting the Plaza easier and more predictable for residents, workers and visitors alike.

Paid parking supports the community by:

• Improving availability of parking near local businesses
• Encouraging turnover so visitors can find spaces more easily
• Funding parking infrastructure and maintenance
• Supporting economic vitality in Old Towne

The paid parking program includes both on-street and off-street parking spaces throughout the Old Towne area. Hourly rates and time limits vary by location to balance turnover with demand and help ensure convenient access to local shops, restaurants and businesses.

Paid parking is in effect seven days a week, 9 a.m. – 6 p.m. (unless otherwise posted).

• On-street and lot parking ranges from $1.25 to $2.00 per hour, depending on location.
• Time limits vary by space to promote turnover and availability.
