How to Get a Park & Facility Permit

CivicRec is our park and facility permits portal. Create an account to make reservations and add family members. Already have one? Log in here.

Please note:

  • Permits can be issued no earlier than 90 days and no later than 10 days before your requested date
  • Enter the parent/adult’s information first—this person becomes the default payer and their email will be the username.
  • Complete all required fields (*).
  • Use one account per household; add or update family members in account settings.

Special Event Permits (+201 people)

All special events with 200 or more attendees must be submitted through the Civic Portal (select Special Events). In-person submissions are no longer accepted.

To ensure adequate review time, applications must be submitted 2–5 months before your intended event date. A $60 application fee will be charged after the initial review, in addition to standard park permit fees. Please review the Special Event Park Permit Guidelines located near the bottom of this page.
