Yes, we have indoor pickleball court at the Sports Center at Grijalva park.
Indoor Pickleball Open Play Hours
Mondays to Fridays: 8:30 am to 11:30 am.
Mondays and Wednesdays: 11:30 am to 2:30 pm.
Courts are not reserved during open play hours.
Cost is $2.00 per player per day.
New participants must sign a waiver.
Open play pickleball hours are subject to change.
Do you have outdoor pickleball courts?
Yes, El Camino Real Park has 2 outdoor tennis courts outlaid with pickleball lines. The park is open from 5 am to10 pm. Courts are first come, first use and may not be reserved for private use.
Also, construction of the pickleball courts and fitness circuit at Hart Park started on Monday, July 28, 2025 and is estimated to be completed within approximately 6 months, barring any unforeseen circumstances. Get all of the latest updates about this project here.
When does the Sports Center at Grijalva Park have their open gym hours for basketball?
Open gym at the Sports Center at Grijalva Park is available to the general public Monday and Friday evenings from 5:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. The cost to play is $2 a person, per day. First-time participants 17 and younger are required to bring a parent/legal guardian prior to playing. Hours and days are subject to change without notice.

Is there a dog park in the City of Orange?
Orange Dog Park at Yorba Park is located at 190 S. Yorba St.
The Dog Park is open from 7:00 a.m. to dusk daily, with the exception of Wednesdays when the park is open from 3:00 p.m. to dusk due to maintenance.
Are dogs allowed in the park?
Yes, with the exception of the Orange Dog Park, all dogs visiting Orange parks must remain on a 6-foot leash and be with their owner at all times.
Are bicycles permitted in the park?
Bicyclists, rollerbladers, skateboarders, or motor-driven vehicles are not permitted in City of Orange parks.
How can I get a copy of "Our Orange" Activity Guide?
Can I register for a class if I don't live in Orange?
Yes, we welcome visitors of Orange to enjoy our classes. Course fees and material costs may apply, however there are no additional costs to non-residents participating. Register for classes online.
Are jumpers (bounce houses) allowed in the City of Orange parks?
Yes, standard single bounce houses are allowed in most Orange parks however, you must obtain a permit at least one week prior to your event date.
The permit cost is $30 and a deposit of $50 is required. Please note: unauthorized vehicles may not drive into the parks to unload.
Bounce houses must be hand-carted in and accompanied by their own generator, and they may not be placed in an area of the park that obstructs sidewalks or walkways.
Can I obtain a park permit or make a reservation if I am not a City of Orange resident?
Yes, we encourage visitors of Orange to enjoy our beautiful parks and amenities. Although non-resident rates apply, the permit rules and policies are the same as for our residents.
