The Real Property section of the Public Works Department manages the acquisition and sale of City properties, easements and rights-of-way. As a member of the SRC team, Real Property staff are responsible for working with applicants on property dedications for long-term right-of-way improvements, understanding easements that may effect development, and coordinating with the City's Subdivision section staff on lot line adjustment and lot mergers.
