The Role of Planning in SRC
About
The Planning Division coordinates overall project review with other City departments and outside public agencies. Planning staff administers the provisions of the City's General Plan, Zoning Ordinance, and various Specific Plans, Old Towne Design Standards, and Planned Community texts. Responsibilities include evaluating development applications for compliance with long-range planning documents and applicable development standards.
Fees
Please note, for Planning Applications where a project involves more than one application type, fees/deposits are collected cumulatively for each application.
