Community Development Counter Services (Building/Code/Planning) are open from 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. daily.
The Planning Division provides residents, developers, and policy makers with informed guidance to shape the future of the City in ways that inclusively serve our community.
Make an appointment for help with:
- Business license review
- Development application submittal
- Document/plan drop-off (not requiring a stamp)
- Zoning/development information
The Planning Division is accepting all entitlement applications through the Civic Portal. In the portal, create an account and signature under the "My Profile" tab once logged in. Please refer to the Land Use Application or the Accessory Dwelling Unit (ADU / JADU) Application for submittal requirements and the application to complete.
