The City of Orange has a new Alcohol Exemption Permit that streamlines the approval process for restaurants that serve alcohol. 

The new Permit eliminates the need for business owners to apply for a conditional use permit for alcohol service provided that the business operates in accordance with specified operating criteria (review ordinance here).
