TOT Ballot Measure

On May 26, 2026, the City Council adopted Resolution No. 11690, as amended by Resolution No. 11705 adopted on June 23, 2026, placing a Transient Occupancy Tax (TOT) measure on the November 3, 2026, ballot. The measure asks voters whether to increase the City's Transient Occupancy Tax rate from 10% to 14% for hotels, motels, and other lodging establishments with 11 or more guest rooms.
