  1. Monday Mysteries Book Club (Main)

    May 20, 2019, 2:00 PM - 3:00 PM @ Library - Main - Community Room

Love a good mystery? Whether it's a heart-pounding thriller that's mere steps behind the killer until the end or a cold case finally solved as newly uncovered clues start to link everything together, discuss the plot twists and turns with our Monday Mysteries Book Club.

Titles are chosen by members in collaboration with the staff lead. Past titles have included classics by Agatha Christie and Raymond Chandler to titles by contemporary authors like Craig Johnson and Jonathan Kellerman. The club meets on the last Monday of the month from 2:00 - 3:00 p.m. at the Orange Public Library & History Center.

This month, we'll be discussing: Pietr the Latvian by Georges Simenon
In the first iconic novel featuring Inspector Jules Maigret, the laconic detective is taken from grimy bars to luxury hotels of Paris as he traces a con man’s true identity. Maigret finds that he has several suspects- some living, and some dead.
