Building Counter Services are open from 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. daily.
About Us
Building and Safety services administers and enforces building regulations, inspect construction sites, oversee building and safety plan review, and work to ensure that all structures in the City of Orange meet the building, safety, health, and sanitation regulations set by state and City government.
Online Application Submittal
The Building Division accepts all permit applications only through the Civic Portal.
In the portal, create an account and signature under the "My Profile" tab once logged in. The Building Division tab can be found on the homepage of the Civic Portal.
