Planning a celebration, family event, or special occasion? The City of Orange has streamlined the process—you can now reserve parks and facilities online through our CivicRec portal!
Here’s how it works:
- Create a CivicRec account or log into your existing account.
- Check availability and reserve—book up to 90 days in advance and no less than 10 days before your event.
Need a special permit? Visit our Park and Facility permits page to download additional forms for large events (201+ attendees) or unique venues like the Hart Park Bandshell.
Permits are issued to adults on a first-come, first-served basis and are not available on holidays. Additional fees apply for jumpers and kitchen use.
