The City of Orange hosted a ribbon cutting on May 6 at 5:00 p.m. to celebrate the opening of new pickleball courts and a fitness circuit at Hart Park.
The facility features 10 lighted courts, shade, seating, and outdoor fitness equipment, expanding recreational opportunities for the community.
The majority of the project was funded with $2 million in Community Development Funds through the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD), secured through the office of Lou Correa.
Whether you’re a longtime pickleball player or looking to try something new, the City of Orange invites the community to come out, enjoy the new amenities at Hart Park, and connect with neighbors in one of the city’s newest gathering spaces.
