Your entry will not be returned to you at the end of the contest.
Entries must be accompanied by a signed submission form including: name, address, email address, and phone number.
Requesting anonymity: If you don’t want your name published, please check the “anonymous” box when submitting your artwork. We will respect your request and not publish your name in print or online. However, we must have accurate name and address information for every entrant.
By submitting your artwork to OPL, you are giving us the non-exclusive right to publish your artwork in any format, including print, electronic, and online media. However, all individual contributors retain their right to their submitted artwork for non-exclusive publication elsewhere.
OPL reserves the right to change or modify the rules or discontinue the contest without prior notice.
