The next steps will involve review by the City’s Design Review Committee on March 20, 2013, followed by Planning Commission, and ultimately the City Council and Successor Agency to the Orange Redevelopment Agency Board in early 2014. If approved and funded, construction may begin on the project in 2014 and be completed in 2015.
