Please review your invoice for telephone contact information.  City of Orange invoices contain the billing department name and telphone number. If you are unable to locate this information on your invoice, you may contact the City of Orange, Finance Department, Accounts Receivable Division.

Please contact the State of California Franchise Tax Board at 600 West Santa Ana Blvd., Santa Ana, CA, or access the website at www.ftb.ca.gov

For electricity, contact the Edision Company at (800) 655-4555 or www.sce.com

For gas, contact the Gas Company at (800) 427-2200 or www.socalgas.com

Industrial-Commercial customers should contact The Gas Company at 800-427-2000.

My electric bill is wrong.
The City of Orange does not provide electric service to its residents.  Please contact Edison International for the following services:

Where can I make my Utility Services payment?
The Utility Services Division is located in the Finance Department Building, 300 East Chapman Ave., Orange, CA  92866. Payments may be made at the customer service counter which is open from Monday through Thursday from 7:30 AM to 5:30 PM and alternating Fridays from 7:30 AM to 5:30 PM.
