Can I pay for a class online? The City of Orange Community Services Department is sorry to advise you that we are not yet equipped to register recreation classes online. Registration for Recreation classes can be done by completing a registration form from the City of Orange Progress and faxing it to 714-7251, or walk-in registration at 230 East Chapman Avenue.
