The Administrative Services Division supports the Patrol and Detective functions of the Police Department by providing the following services:

• Personnel and Training
• Fiscal Affairs
• Homeland Security and Emergency Services
• Internal Affairs
• Crime Analysis
• Crime Prevention
• Records
• Volunteer and Chaplain Programs
• Alarm Billing
• Fleet and Facility Maintenance

Additionally, the Division coordinates the Citizens Police Academy, which is an 11-week program that is open to community members. Participants receive instruction on a wide variety of law enforcement related topics. The Academy meets at the Police Department and is taught exclusively by departmental employees.
