To obtain a free library card, you must be a California resident and provide the following:
A valid photo ID from any of these: Department of Motor Vehicles, Mexican Consulate, College, Passport, or Military which verifies name and current address.
Minors under the age of eighteen (18) must bring a parent or guardian with the above requirements. Parent / Guardian must have a valid Orange Public Library card to sign the Library Card Registration Form for minors.
First time checkout limit on a new card: 3 items total.
