Teacher's Guide to Children's Services

The Orange Public Library has a lot to offer to you and your preschool - 6th grade students!

We Have:

• Reference and circulating books and materials for assignments.
• Graded reading lists and Homework Helpers on various subjects such as California Missions, Science Projects, States, Countries, etc.
• Internet access to aid students in their research.
• Computers available for word processing.

We Can:

• Schedule a class visit for you and your students to come to the library for a tour and a story. *
• Visit your school and read a story; talk about the library, reading, and how to get a library card.
• Work with you to develop reading lists for your students.
• Help you select materials for assignments.
• Select and hold materials at your request for you to pick up later.

* We would appreciate two weeks notice in scheduling class or school visits.
