Unread Book was created in celebration of National Library Week, April 12-18, 2015.

Teen volunteers play a very important part in our summer program. Working under the supervision of the library staff, teen volunteers may assist with children’s programs, hand out reading incentives, shelve books, and help with other duties as assigned.

The Orange Public Library Foundation, in partnership with the St. Joseph Hospital Foundation, presents an eight-week series of free financial planning classes.

Class is held Tuesdays from 9:30 a.m. to 11:00 a.m., starting on April 7 to May 26, 2015.

National Volunteer Week is a time to celebrate people doing extraordinary things through service.

In 2014, the Orange Public Library had 418 adult and teen volunteers who provided over 18,600 hours of service to the betterment of their community. Volunteers help at all three branches of the Library in various areas.
