The after-hours emergency contact for water, streets, traffic, sewer, storm drain or park service is (714) 538-1961. For emergencies requiring Police, Fire, or Paramedic assistance, call 9-1-1.

Trash Collection and Disposal
The City of Orange contracts with Waste Management of Orange to provide trash collection and disposal services. Waste Management's customer service can be reached at (714) 558-7761.

After-Hours Payment Depository
The after-hours depository box is located at the City of Orange Civic Center at 300 East Chapman Avenue, Orange, CA 92866. Payments placed in the deposit box after 7:00am will be posted the following business day.
