Emergency Telephone Assistance The after-hours emergency contact for water, streets, traffic, sewer, storm drain or park service is (714) 538-1961. For emergencies requiring Police, Fire, or Paramedic assistance, call 9-1-1.
Trash Collection and Disposal The City of Orange contracts with CR&R Incorporated to provide trash collection and disposal services. CR&R customer service can be reached at (714) 372-8272.
After-Hours Payment Depository The after-hours depository box is located at the City of Orange Civic Center at 300 East Chapman Avenue, Orange, CA 92866. It is a large blue box at the bottom of the City hall steps on Grand street. Utility Billing payments placed in the deposit box after 7:00am will be posted the following business day. Payments for parking tickets being sent to Judicial Data will be mailed to them the next business day. Please allow 7 days for them to receive it.
