The Purchasing Division is dedicated to the promotion of fairness and open competition with the procurement process under the regulations of federal, state, and local law. Purchasing Division personnel are strictly prohibited from any actions which do not reflect the ideals of honor and integrity in the performance of their work. The offering of gratuities of any type from a supplier is strictly prohibited.
