The city’s film office coordinates and oversees permitting for all on-location production within the City of Orange. This includes feature films, television series, commercials, student films, and still photography.
Please note: No filming activity (with the exception of the Holiday Tree Lighting Ceremony) will be permitted in the Plaza during the holiday shopping season. The City of Orange has implemented a moratorium on filming in Old Towne Orange Plaza. The moratorium is to commence on Monday, November 23, 2009 and conclude on Monday, January 4, 2010.
In addition, City Hall will close for the Holidays at 12:00 p.m., Thursday, December 24, 2009 and re-open for business at 7:30 a.m., Monday, January 4, 2010.
