The city’s primary retail corridor is located along Tustin Street. This four-mile long thoroughfare is comprised of several large community shopping centers, many single-user specialty retail stores, and several auto dealerships. Major retailers along Tustin Street include Target, Home Depot, T.J. Maxx, CVS, Michaels, Smart & Final, Petco, Staples, Vons, Albertsons, and Stater Brothers. Auto dealers include Toyota of Orange, Villa Ford, Selman Chevrolet, and Enterprise Car Sales.

Orange is also home to two large regional centers. The Village at Orange, formerly the Mall of Orange, is located on Tustin Street and was recently renovated and expanded into a state-of-the-art lifestyle center. Major tenants include Sears, Wal*Mart, JC Penney, Ross Dress for Less, Cost Plus World Market, Old Navy, and Wine Exchange. Restaurants include Red Robin, Todai, Panera Bread, Pasta Pomodoro, Chipotle, Jamba Juice, Olive Garden, and Oggi’s Pizza & Brewing Co. www.thevillageatorange.com

The Block at Orange is located in the western portion of the City along The City Drive between the Garden Grove and Santa Ana freeways. The Block is a regional shopping, dining, and entertainment complex. Major tenants include a 30-screen AMC theater, Vans Skatepark, Borders Books, Ann Taylor Factory Outlet Store, Old Navy, OFF 5th Saks Fifth Avenue Outlet, Burke Williams Day Spa, Hollister Co., Victoria's Secret, Urban Outfitters, and Lucky Strike Lanes. Restaurants include Dave and Buster's, Koji’s, Alcatraz Brewing Company, Café Tu Tu Tango, Market Broiler, Corner Bakery, and a food court. www.theblockatorange.com

Commercial uses can also be found along Chapman Avenue and Katella Avenue. Stadium Promenade, located at Katella Avenue and Main Street, is an entertainment and dining complex anchored by a 25-screen Century theater. Restaurants include King’s Fish House, Chili’s, Drive-thru Starbucks, Acapulco Mexican Restaurant, The Lazy Dog Cafe, Prime Cut Cafe & Wine Bar, and Auld Irisher.
