The Bikeways Master Plan is a component of the Circulation Element of the City’s General Plan. It was updated in July, 2001, and identifies designated bicycle routes through the City, as well as policy for implementing the Plan. It is currently under review as a part of the City's Genreal Plan update that is in progress.
