All bands who would like to be considered for the 2011 Concerts in the Park series need to submit a promotional package to Emily Chacon at the address or email address listed below. We will accept either a hard copy or a website with listening/viewing capabilites (no social networking sites).

All bands must have their promo package in by February 1, 2011 in order to be considered for the summer 2011 concert series. Promotional packages will be reviewed and selected mid-February by a committee made up of 3 community members and 2 city staff. Given the large quantity of bands that submit packages, unless otherwise requested, only bands who are chosen will be contacted. Promotional packages will not be returned.
