Park Permits: Permits may be required to reserve a picnic area, gazebo, building, or athletic field in City Parks. Groups of 25 or more guests and moonbounces require a city permit. Permits can be obtained at 230 East Chapman Avenue, Orange, CA 92866 Monday through Thursday, 7:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. and alternating Fridays.
Permits must be completed by 3 p.m. the Wednesday before the week of the event, except during a holiday week when deadline dates are subject to change--Special Event, Senior Center, and Sports Center permits are the exception to the Wednesday deadline and require more advanced notice--please call 714-744-7274.

Hart Park, The picnic pavilion will be closed for renovations October 21, 2013 through December 9, 2013. Pavilion may open earlier if renovation work is completed. EL Camino, Fields #1 & 4 will be closed for renovations September 30, 2013 through November 3, 2013.
