Temporary Use Permit

Temporary Use Permits

Temporary Use Permits accommodate requests for interim, temporary, or seasonal uses such as fruit stands, Christmas tree lots, temporary holiday storage containers, or modular buildings for temporary offices. An application and filing fee is required and should be submitted at least 30 days prior to the intended opening or start of the use. Staff will evaluate the Temporary Use Permit request for parking, traffic circulation, and fire safety requirements. A Temporary Use Permit is subject to the approval of either the Community Development Director or the Zoning Administrator.
