A 24-hour City Message Center was established to allow residents and visitors alike to quickly and effectively communicate city-related issues, concerns, comments, or compliments directly to city staff. For your convenience, you may submit an Inquiry in any of the following ways:

When sending an inquiry, please include as much detail as you can, such as:
Your name, address and phone number(s) where you can be reached, along with the best time to reach you
Necessary addresses (yours and the property you may be calling about)
What your inquiry is regarding and the resolution you are seeking
Please allow 3 city-working days for staff to respond to your inquiry.
