CABLE SERVICES Time Warner is the major cable provider in the City of Orange; however a small portion in East Orange is covered by Cox Communications. Contact Time Warner to find out which company provides service to your area.
COMMUNITY SERVICES The Community Services Department is divided into two Divisions, Recreation and Environmental (Parks) Services. The Community Services Department is located at: 230 East Chapman, phone: (714) 744-7264.
