Council Appoints New City Clerk

Orange City Clerk Pamela Coleman

At their November 13 meeting, the Orange City Council appointed Pamela Coleman as City Clerk for the City of Orange. Coleman replaces retiring City Clerk Mary Murphy, who served the residents of Orange from 2003 to 2018. Coleman will be completing Murphy’s current elected term that ends in December 2020.
As City Clerk, Coleman looks forward to serving our residents, and continuing the Orange tradition of promoting community involvement and awareness using outstanding customer service and transparent local government services. Coleman also continues to serve as a senior staff member in the City Clerk’s office.
Pamela Coleman resides in Orange with her husband, and three children.
